On October 20, 2015, the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2015-45 awarding a contract to Lincoln Aquatics of Concord, CA., in the total amount of $198,380.78. There were two (2) approved change orders in the total amount of $13,863.25. The final contract price is $212,244.03.
All work associated with this project has now been completed. This Action will authorize the acceptance of contract and filing of the NOC for the Prop 39 Yr 1 Tokay High School Pool Equipment Room Upgrade Project.
Funding for this project is from Prop 39 Yr 1 California Clean Energy Jobs Act Fund 01 and other funding as needed.
It is recommended that the Board of Education adopt Resolution 2019-20
