Summary: On February 20, 2018, Resolution 2018-08, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids, as required by law, to furnish labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment and services required for the Tokay High School Sitework Increment 1 Project. On January 16, 2020, the District received four (4) bids. The lowest bidder was McCuen Construction, Inc. of Loomis, California, in the amount of $4,410,000.00. Approval of this Resolution certifies the Award of Contract to McCuen Construction, Inc. The total amount to be budgeted is $4,885,000.00, which includes a $475,000.00 District controlled construction allowance.
Funding: This project will be funded by Measure U.
Recommendation: It is recommended the Board of Education adopt Resolution 2020-15.
