Summary: On February 20, 2018, Resolution 2018-08, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids, as required by law, to furnish labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment and services required for the Heritage Elementary School Paving and Parking Lot Project. On February 4, 2020, the District received seven (7) bids. The lowest bidder was All American Construction, Inc. of Live Oak, California, in the amount of $595,000.00. Approval of this Resolution certifies the Award of Contract to All American Construction, Inc. The total amount to be budgeted is $705,000.00, which includes a $110,000 District controlled construction allowance.
Funding: This project will be funded by Measure U.
Recommendation: It is recommended the Board of Education adopt Resolution 2020-19.
