Summary: On April 7,2020, the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2020-34 awarding a contract to McGuire and Hester in the total amount of $986,000,00, including one (1) allowance. There was a deductive change order for this project in the amount of $36,139.39. The final contract price is $949,860.61. All work associated with this project has now been completed. This action will authorize the acceptance of the contract and filing of the NOC for the Paving and Parking Lots Phase II Project at Creekside Elementary School.
Funding: This project was funded by Measure U, Measure K, and Fund 40.
Recommendation: It is recommended the Board of Education adopt Resolution 2020-78
