Summary: Revisions to Board Policies and Rules are being presented for the purpose of keeping current and compliant with California law. Policies require adoption and will be returned to the Board for that purpose at the next regularly scheduled Board Meeting. Rules and exhibits, however, do not require adoption and are considered approved following presentation to the Board, taking into account any recommended change.

Proposed revisions will return for consideration at the Board Meeting of March 2, 2021.
