Summary: On February 18, 2018, Resolution 2018-08, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District approved the Measure U Implementation Plan authorizing staff to advertise and receive bids, as required by law, to furnish labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment and services required for the Fire Alarm Replacement Project at Lawrence Elementary School. On April 2, 2020, the District received four (4) bids. The lowest bidder was Pacific Power & Systems, Inc. of Fairfield, California, in the amount of $244,400.00. Approval of this Resolution certifies the Award of Contract to Pacific Power & Systems, Inc. The total amount to be budgeted is $284,400.00, which includes a $40,000.00 District controlled construction allowance.
Funding: This project will be funded by Measure U.
