Mr. Elbert Holman, Stockton City Councilmember, District 1, will be introduced and presented with a certificate in recognition of the long-standing relationship the Board and the City Council have enjoyed through the workings of the Stockton 2x2 Committee. The Stockton 2x2 provides an opportunity for open dialogue, exchanging of ideas and discussion of mutual goals between the City and the District. The committee, established in 1998, is comprised of two City Council members, two School Board members, the City Manager, the Superintendent, and agency staff members as appropriate. |
