Summary On June 16, 2009, the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2009-51 authorizing the execution of a construction contract with Diede Construction, Inc. for the removal and replacing of concrete work to six sites (Beckman, Creekside, Delta Sierra, Oakwood, Sutherland, and Washington).

All work associated with this project has now been completed. This action will authorize the acceptance of contract and filing of the Notice of Completion for the 2009 Pavement @ Various Sites Emergency Repair Program project.
Funding The total final contract price for this project (including change orders) is $198,060.00.
All funding for this project came from State’s Emergency Repair Program.
Recommendation It is recommended that the Board of Education adopt Resolution 2009-74.
