Summary:	The Lodi Unified School District (District) and Morada Little League, a California corporation, cooperatively use the baseball fields and other related facilities on a portion of the Davis Elementary School site, the improvements to which have all been financed by private donation. The District benefits from the development of the facility at the Davis Elementary School site because the entire cost is borne by Morada Little League and the District has priority use of the facilities. Under the terms included here, Morada Little League’s license to use the facility shall terminate fifteen (15) years after the date of approval for this agreement. Approval of this agreement will allow the Morada Little League to continue to use the Davis Elementary School facilities under the outlined terms and conditions.
Funding:	There is no financial impact to the District.
Recommendation:	It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the Extension of a License and Development Agreement with Morada Little League, Inc.and Lodi Unified School District for Use and Improvement at the Davis Elementary School.
