Summary On November 5, 2008, the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2009-31 authorizing the execution of a construction contract with Diede Construction, Inc. of Woodbridge, California for the emergency repair work on the Bear Creek High School Emergency Repair Program.

All work associated with this project has now been completed. This action will authorize the acceptance of contract and filing of the Notice of Completion for the Bear Creek High School Emergency Repair Program project.
Funding The total final contract price for this project (including change orders) is $3,805,733.00.
All funding for this project came from State’s Emergency Repair Program.
Recommendation It is recommended that the Board of Education adopt Resolution 2009-81.
